Once you have provided photos of the mailbox, your name, address, and email We Paint Mailboxes makes the process as easy on our clients as we can with our award winning convenience.
- We will respond to your inquiry in a timely manner between the hours 8am and 7pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
- After reviewing the information we will provide a quote for the service. Most quotes will be provided at the time of inquiry repairs, replacements, and custom designs will require a site visit before finalizing a quote.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and once agreed too an estimated date of service will be provided.
- We Paint Mailboxes will complete all touch ups and restorations within 3 business days of acceptance of the quote. Weekends, holidays, and delays caused by weather conditions excluded.
- On the day of service We Paint Mailboxes will provide text updates of arrival to start work and photos when work is completed. You do not need to be home for the service. We will not require any access to the home, everything is outside and accessible.
- When the work is completed finished photos will be sent to the client along with a link to pay the invoice for service. We accept credit cards, zelle, apple cash, and paypal.
- Our goal is to do it right and quietly. Once you book we’ll come out, complete work, and let you know when done for payment. No need to be home. No need to worry or even think about it again.
