We take the time to prepare mailbox and post properly for the longest lasting finish. Restorations start with a hand scraping of any loose or easily remove paint followed by a progressive sanding process. Depending on the condition of the mailbox 3 or 4 grits of sandpaper will be used to prepare the surface for paint. After sanding is complete the mailbox surface is cleaned and degreased in preparation of painting. All weather UV resistant primer and paints are used, applying multiple coats, ensuring color coverage and a long lasting durable finish. From start to finish a standard restoration takes 2 – 3 hours to complete making your mailbox look like new before you come home from work.
Convenient and Efficient
We Paint Mailboxes will complete all touch ups and restorations within 3 business days*. On the day of service you will receive text updates of arrival to start work and photos when work is completed. You do not need to be home for the service. We will not require any access to the home, everything is outside and accessible. When the work is completed finished photos will be sent to the client along with a link to pay the invoice.
